Thirteen-Lined Ground Squirrel Magic: Tier 1
Meet Chip, a level 3 Paralogos with a word focus based around the thirteen-lined ground squirrel. He is a pretty laid-back fellow that enjoys the more relaxing things in life, such as curling up with a good book and a hot beverage, or baking fall-themed treats for his friends. He prefers to live life in the "slow lane," rather than engage in the hustle and bustle of the big cities.
Possibly due to having his word focus based upon a prey animal, Chip can be pretty timid and easy to startle, especially when he's engrossed in a comforting task. He doesn't care for loud, sudden noises or crude pranks due to this -- they upset his routine and cause him great distress. However, he is incredibly friendly and affable to even new folks in his life. He gets along pretty well with anyone, and at least tries to get to know people extremely well before figuring out if they "vibe" or not. He's also quite relaxed when in his perfect environment, and is quite willing to share a story with anyone able to listen.
Tier 1 Magic: Teeth are like a rodent's, rather than a dinosaur's.
- Paralogos tend to have (superficial) teeth more akin to a parasaur's tooth battery, or at least something similar to a human's teeth in a dinosaur face. However, Chip's teeth look and function much more like a rodent's teeth (though he doesn't need to gnaw things constantly to wear them down, it's comforting to him to chew on things).
